ice cream was great but Baskin Robins forgot half of our order. Our Dasher was amazing and went back to get it and deliver it to us.

I ordered a REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae and a Fresh Pack (Quart). The sundae I received was half full and missing the peanut butter. Instead of a quart, I received a pint, and it was the wrong flavor.

Had a migraine and just needed a mint chocolate chip brownie sundae to manage food and a queasy tummy. So good. Love the combo of a brownie with BR's mint chocolate chip. Best mint chocolate chip ice cream ever.

Love the pre packed quarts and the multiple scoop flavor options when we've got a sweet tooth.
Delivery packaging in inconsistent and we've had multiple occasions where part of the order was missing.

Canceled one of my items without telling me. Was super-bummed when i only got half the order. My Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae was half toppings and not enough ice cream.
