I ordered two items. My wife's cup of ice cream was supposed to come with a waffle cone. It came with none. My OREO® Layered Sundae was the most sorry excuse for a sugar ever. It was $9 for a 1/2 filled sundae cup. The picture was VASTLY different than what was received.

Love their drinks but anytime I order a Single Scoop there's always chunks of ice and it's so off putting. I hate when you just bite down onto freezer burn ice in almost every bite :(

Ordered three scoops of different flavors. Rather than put a dome on top, the person who packed the order used a flat top and used it to mash all of the flavors together Didn't ruin my evening, but three flavors combined aren't quite as tasty.
