We ordered a fresh packed quart but received a frozen solid prepackaged quart. There is a $5 price difference and the store must have been too lazy to scoop fresh. We wanted to serve this right away. We are extremely disappointed.

The door dasher who delivered to me was amazing! The store gave us plain chocolate with no toppings even though that wasnt what I bought . I would understand if it was out of stock but I still payed for those extra toppings I did not get.

Did not give dasher straws for drinks (which is all I ordered) and did not change the price when the dessert I ordered was unavailable. There was about a $7 difference.

Was just vanilla ice cream with the smallest lemon amount of pistachio drizzle was supposed to be pistachio ice cream with chocolate
