Ordered a 3 scoop sundae but only got a 2 scoop sundae and got charged for a 3 though.

Have ordered many times-over the years and was always happy with our-orders but the last few times not so much. Get single scoops when we order double., get no hot fudge, when orderd or just get a very small amount. Sometimes dont even get a full order will be looking elsewhere for next time.
