Soy garlic bone in were delicious, hot and crunchy with great flavor. The boneless Gangnam style were soggy and cold unfortunately. The order always takes longer than expected, I arrived on time and still had to wait 15+ minutes. I'll still come back but I think it's better to eat in, order an appetizer and a drink while you wait and enjoy your food hot.

So Ddeok So Ddeok was dry, cold and hardly had sauce on it. The Cheesling Wings didn't have much cheese powder like how they serve them in restaurant. Their to go quality is not good. Best to have them in the restaurant.

chicken quality on to-go order was drastically different than in-store. I usually love their unique Cheesling Boneless but this time the breading was like a tempura style and not crispy or crunchy at all. the cheesling powder was only on one side and not fully powdered on so very disappointed compared to when I tried it in person. I also picked up the order so it wasn't sitting in the box that long before i ate it in the parking lot. the Rose Ddeok-Bokki and the Bulgogi Japchae held up tasty though.

Golden Original Whole Chicken was off and didn't live up to the hype today - it didn't feel crisp and looked brownish which could suggest the oil was a little overdue for replacement. Chicken was also dry. Hope this gets better next time.

The food used to be consistent, but a recent string of terrible customer service and cutting corners means I won't be back.
Originally, I appreciated how consistent the chicken was, though I was disappointed when they stopped selling the chicken gizzard. However, the service has completely tanked. On a previous visit, the staff member helping me kept yawning and could barely hear my order, which felt highly unprofessional.
My latest visit was the final straw. The food barely had any sauce on it. When I asked for extra sauce to fix it, they actually tried to charge me for it.
To make matters worse, it's clear management doesn't care. If you look at their reviews, the business owner purposely ignores feedback--never replying to bad reviews or looking for ways to improve their business. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
