BC Bistro Restaurant and Bar is open everyday for brunch, rotating a menu of savory breakfast dishes and scrumptious lunches.
My recent order of Short Rib Reginetti Pasta left much to be desired. The dish suffered from disappointingly small portions, being served cold, and missing a significant amount of the promised short rib meat.
The portion size was unexpectedly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and hungry after the meal. Additionally, the dish arrived to home cold, which dampened the flavors and overall experience. To make matters worse, the promised short rib meat was noticeably absent, further detracting from the dish's appeal.
In summary, my experience with the Short Rib Reginetti Pasta was far from satisfactory due to the combination of small portions, cold serving temperature, and missing meat. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve these aspects for future customers.
