Tokyo Metro Noodles were over cooked. The Crab Rangoons were burnt with the cream cheese inside dried out. The outside of the egg rolls were overcooked with burnt ends. This is the first time we have received food from your restaurant in this condition

Ordered the make Create Your Own Bowl with sriracha chicken, sausage and shrimp. Got 0 shrimp at all and not sure if its the giant new boxes that are being used but seems like I got a super small portion compared to prior times. Very unhappy with this order.

I ordered rice noodles and they just replaced with regular noodles. Also they never seem to cook door dash orders with any sauce selected. I ordered teriyaki and got no sauce or flavor at all. I hadn't ordered in a while so I was hoping they are doing better, but sadly, they are not.
