Order olive cream cheese on a poppy bagel. I got what looked like plain cream cheese with two olives. I didn't want to write this review- but I genuinely feel they just dropped two olives on plain cream cheese and called it a specialty spread and charged me extra for it

Ordered a Strong Island which is supposed to come as a Hero. They, for some reason, made it as a Wrap. It was small and as a Wrap it made it taste wierd.

I asked for a bagel with plain cream cheese and got an uncut, untoasted bagel with nothing on it. it's really not that difficult to get right. second time something like this happened.
