I really wanted to justify why I spent almost 30 dollars on a pastrami sandwich on rye (not a Reuben). It was ok, but, not worth the money.

The Bourdain came on white slice bread, not semolina bread; there was barely anything inside. More like a 5$ sandwich than 18$. Very poor presentation and quality. Will not be ordering again here.
The shawarma chicken was also very bland.

Everything sounds so good on the menu, but this sandwich (The Baller) had the same muddled black pepper flavor as the Philly Pork sandwich. Each element was lost to this one flavor in both.
The bread they use is fantastic & the hummus is delicious.
I'm still hopeful I can find the thing they do well, but I'm bummed it wasn't one of these two sandwiches.
