The first notion is cereal infused ice cream, which combines ice cream and cereal.
The other concept is a matcha bar that serves premium matcha from Japan, as well as stacked beverages and boba.
I've been coming here for years. 5 star always, but I do want to point out that the size has been skimpier every year. I know they just opened another location in Scottsdale. Anyways, usually the milkshakes are filled to the top of the cup and topped off with whip cream with the dome lid. Unfortunately, this time around, the milkshake was 3/4 and the rest was whip cream. So precisely put that even the dome had no whip cream touching. I will still frequent, but I don't like the change in portion size over the years. Cups never change, but the serving does.

I order from here all the time. I had two issues recently that made me frustrated, but highly appreciated that the manager/owner called to apologize and tried to rectify the situation. I very much appreciate that care and customer service. My drink tonight is correct and delicious. Thank you very much, Rewind. My matcha did not have what the description detailed. There was no whip cream, no boba and no sweet milk. It was simply watered down matcha and simple syrup. Im very disappointed because I like so many other drinks from here. Maybe it was due to me ordering close to closing
