Ice cream was very soft when it arrived, and didn't taste as good as the prepackaged pints you can get anywhere (this was the strawberry cheesecake flavor).
The driver picked up my order just a couple minutes before delivery, so I'm guessing the prepacked ice cream either starts out super soft, or it wasn't stored in a freezer while waiting for pick-up. Either way, disappointed.
