The Meat Pie (2 Per Order) are amazing and so stuffed. The Pepper Jack Boudin Ball (4 Per Order) has good flavor to them but they are over cooked and it makes the outside really tough. I would order the meat pies again super fresh but not the boudin balls.

Bergeron's has the best smoked chicken wings I've ever had!!! And the buns that they use for their BBQ Beef Sandwiches are something special, they are so doggone good!!! Everything was Fresh & Hot and they give you enough to get full and have leftovers, I love this place!!!

5 stars is simply not enough. Everything that I ordered was amazing. I'm not Cajun by any means, but this restaurant seems genuine compared to the rest of the "cajun" restaurants in Shreveport-Bossier area. The Pork Shank (2 per Order) was seasoned well and tender. didn't need any sauce at all. If you don't try anything else, I highly recommend you trying the Pepper Jack Boudin Wrap (1 Per Order)). Deer is an acquired taste for most people. If you like deer meat, I highly recommend the Deer Burrito (1 Per Order)s well. Seasoned well and has a nice kick to it.

I always stop here before work to buy my lunch, and never had any major issue with food quality a few times my smoked wings were too dried out but I still love them, when their food is fresh it is amazing. Haven't been by in a few months, Today I DoorDashed because I'm not feeling well and ordered 2 salads and the Cajun Turkey was full of dark brown lettuce, I had to put it down the disposal, I know lettuce browns some but this was every piece and it was just gross, for $13.59 that was a huge disappointment.
