This has happened multiple orders now. when you first open the poutine was great, loved the extra cheese one that vanished. however what ever hapened between then and april needs to be undone. every single order is burnt, overcooked, grease infused fries. rip it open, no potatoe cant even stab the fry. The portions are bigClassic Poutine (large) price is worth it if you get properly cooked fries, regularly i cant even use the plastic fork because it cant even enter the fry its so overcooked.
