I made the mistake of veering off from their signature original wings. Their original wings are the most crispy, crunchy, and tender wings ever. Even upon reheating it's still crispy. I had it twice with the Burinkle fries. I want to try burinkle but they only have burinkle hot wings so I tried the burinkle thighs. Big mistake. While the flavor was good the thighs were soggy and moist and with the thigh it was just a moist gloop that was too salty in the end. The fries redeemed the meal. But now I see why Google gave this place such bad reviews. The signature dishes really are the burinkle fries, the cheese balls. And original wings. Anything outside of this is inedible. I will be throwing the thighs out.

Thigh Bburingkle was disappointing—there was barely any seasoning powder, and it wasn’t crispy. It didn’t resemble Korean-style fried chicken the way other spots do.

1. I ordered the Thigh Gold King (Boneless) - Medium, but the chicken I received looked like the one shown in the photos. I understand that the perception of portion size is subjective, but I believe the portion was far too small for the $21.99 price. For reference, I have also uploaded a photo comparing the chicken to the size of my hand.
2. The chicken I received did not match the photo shown on the ordering page. The menu photo shows the chicken coated with powder seasoning, but the chicken I actually received had no powder seasoning on it.
3. So, I called the restaurant more than five times, but no one answered the phone. I eventually went to the restaurant in person with the chicken to ask about it. They told me that the portion I received was indeed the correct Medium size and that the menu photo was incorrect because it mistakenly showed the chicken with powder seasoning.
Please DO NOT WASTE your money and time!!

It was my first time ordering from BHC Chicken. I ordered the 4pc Hot Fried Wings and Bburing Fries.
When I opened it up I was shocked to see 4 small wingettes in the box. 2 drums, 2flats. That is TWO chicken wings chopped up. It was so small I thought for a second they had sent me shrimp . (See photo).
They need to get more specific with their advertising or actually put FOUR wings in the order. $10.99 for TWO chicken wings is preposterous. For an 8pc they charge $9.00 more. Thats $20 for 4 wings (fries not included).
The flavor was fine, but they need to do better. I was excited for lunch and ended disappointed.
