Was craving a bacon egg & cheese, and this did not help the craving. Flavorless bagel, hard to tell if there was cheese or not, bagel not toasted. Could barely eat.

I ordered extra spicy aioli and got none. Not the first time this is happened. Turns a delicious bagel into a dry block.
