Ribs were very good but the portion was very small..I paid an extra $3 for more ribs and still ended up getting a smaller portion

I'm kinda in shock that over $20 gets you 4 small ribs with very little meat, missing fries and a small side. However, the flavor was REALLY good. I will likely not reorder due to the cost/ value since typically bbq gets you LARGE portions.
On flavor alone, would have been at least 4 stars.

I had the 1/2 rib tips like always butthey were dry and chewy. I was surprised that the store didnt xhec for tenderness prior to delivery. For the price and serving size, that is unacceptable!

Brisket was cooked perfect, little light on smoke flavor.ordered collard greens, got green beans but best green beans ever. Coleslaw was excellent as well. Got slices of point and flat. No rhyme or reason but was an upcharge of $2 to have sliced. Point wasnt trimmed properly as there was a thick layer of fat cap that didnt render but was still tender.went from no fat cap to 1/2 inch fat cap . Could have easily been a 5 star if the details were delivered on.
Pulled pork was finely chopped, pretty dry and minimal smoke flavor but seasoned well. Mild sauce was good but extra bbq sauce on side was no where enough to rehydrate the chopped pork.
Two slices of griddled texas toast was good. Cooked right. That covers all of it.

The food is great but I ordered a large soda which was over $5 and received a beverage that is the equivalent size of a kids drink at any fast food restaurant. Will never order a drink with my meal from here again
