My whole order was wrong. I paid extra to have cream cheese on all three bagle sandwiches, and there was none on any, and there was paper melTed to the cheese on one of the sandwitches. When I called biggby, the lady who answered said she would call the owner to refund me and never did.

My Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bragel was absolutely delicious, however my Frozen Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Latte just taste like straight burnt espresso. Very disappointed in that.
