• 25-01-22Both crème freezes tasted like just water and ice and neither one of the bagel sandwiches were toasted. They were barely warm and soggy. You ciuldclearly see the lack of effort in the employees part on this order. Dissapointing considering we paid almost $50 fo this order.

• 24-03-24I can tell they made my iced latte incorrectly because it’s very watery. I asked for an extra shot, it seems like they dumped both shots over the ice directly before adding milk. As a former barista- that's wrong and I can tell when you do it because it changes the entire texture and flavor of my drink.

• 25-07-03Worst location in town, coffees are always made wrong, in most cases the lattes taste like creamer, sugar, and flavored syrups with only a hint of espresso. They are also unable to follow instructions on how to make a sandwich. And we'd almost never get a complete order... Ordered: 3 lattes , 3 sandwiches, 2 muffins.
Order received: 3 milky, sugary pretend lattes, 3 wrong sandwiches and whatever snack items they felt like giving us. I also want to make it clear that most of these orders were ALWAYS placed in the morning before 10:30am.
