This dish was terrible, the meat was tough, full of sinew and dish was full of large bones. I've had this dish before from the same restaurant, so I have had something to compare it to. It's usually tender and good quality with no big bones as randang should be. So disappointing. I wonder if it's changed hands or chef?

Goat Biryani The flavour was on the milder side. The rice could be a little more properly spiced. The meat was tender - not fall-off-the-bone tender, but tender nevertheless. The aroma was really good. Meat to rice ratio was good. Overall, a very decent choice for someone who likes biryani on the mild and not too spicy.
