The FRENCH DIP IS ABSOLUTLY AMAZINGGGG!!! It was fresh and the cheese was all meltyyyyy and delicious with the FRENCH DIP SAUCE!!!!! I went to this location in person. The employees are so nice. The lobby was clean including the bathrooms. they have a really nice patio you can eat on. The atmosphere is just so welcoming and wonderful!

taco salad was just regular salad with avocado smashed into an Itty bitty bowl. not worth the price. brownies were hard and small, not worth 2.49 each! tortilla soup had no tortilla and no chicken... seriously? what a ripoff.

I order Bill & Ruth's multiple times a week! It's just such a wonderful restaurant. I have been a customer for so long and it's just a go to for me and my family. I especially like the chicken and wild rice soup, the ham and cheese sub, and the Smoked Turkey & Cheese sub. The creamy Italian dressing they serve with the sandwiches is so good. I highly recommend asking for extra because it's that good! I can't forget to mention the giant baked potatoes they also offer. Oh yeah! And they have delicious hummus and pita bread that you can get toasted.

I have acquired a taste for their 4way chili, I always ask for chopped onions on the side which they always give me, I Like half and half in the tea department.. because I'm funny that way. This place still gives good healthy portions, if you order a hot sandwich it is always filled still hot when you get it and they don't skimp on cheese it just drips all over it...mmmm. they package their soups so well that if they happen to fall over nothing is leaking out. the smaller subs make a great snack, it's a healthy size little sandwich, prices don't break the bank and the food is always tastily seasoned.
I've been ordering from this store quite a bit lately and would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it, I think you may be pleasantly surprised

We absolutely love getting lunch at the Cherry Street Bill & Ruth's. But the dinner crew is awful. My husband always gets the large Grilled Chicken Breast sandwich with Extra Meat. See pic. This is NOTHING like what he gets for lunch. There is barely a regular sandwich's worth of chicken on this much less extra.
I have been sick, wanted the lentil soup for comfort and protein. I got a DoorDash msg that lentil was out of stock and substituted. Whaaat? Without asking me what I would like the substitute to be? I open my soup, it's rice and broth. Zero protein and it's lukewarm. I've got to pour it into a microwave safe bowl and heat it up. Not what I want to do when I'm sick and not cooking.
We won't order from the dinner crew ever again.
