The food is well balanced in flavor profile. The herb sauce mix and the spicy fruity sauce compliment eachother well and taste great with the Steak . However, the steak definitely needs to be more tender, as it is very chewy. The fried cheese and passion Passión Fruit were quite delicious as well, and the side salad provided a nice palette cleanse. I hope to see great things in the future!

Delicious! I got the Nica Breakfast and it is so good. I have missed Nicaraguan food so much. Everything was perfect. Will definitely eat here again. ¡Gracias por todo!
