Breakfast Burrito was way too small for that price and the Chocolate Croissant was ice cold and block of chocolate not even melted inside, Chai Tea was mediocre.

Why is my drink half empty? Does smalls and mediums go into a large cup? Not sweet enough. Not thick like you would expect a blended drink to be. Better off going to starbucks

I got the Orange Kreme Fuel, and an everything bagel. The bagel is a little closer to a bun, but still delicious. They also gave a LOT of cream cheese. This Black Rock does God's work.

one time when walking in on my break the Barista was attending to the drive thru and by the time I was acknowledged finally and my drink made I realized my drink wasn't even near to what I was expecting but due to time I didn't complain but have not been back. I wish there would be more incentives for repeat customers and additional discounts. I will possibly reconsider thank you.

Will never get black rock again, this was the second time I tried them and it was again horrible. Coffee tastes very burnt and they are even more overpriced than Starbucks. Would not recommend no matter how desperate you are for a cup of coffee
