The Blackberry Raspberry Toaster Pastry have gone downhill. The last 4 times I've ordered this it's come soggy without any icing

It tasted bland. I ordered 2 extra shots of espresso on top of the 6 and tasted like creamy water. This was the first time I've ordered from here and it'll be the last. Back to the Dutch Bro's 911.

My 1st Iced I.V. was full flavor. Not a personal favorite, but appreciate any sugar free option which this drink had.
Would be awesome if a lactose free milk was offered at some point as well! :)
