Food was great but definitely need a better lid on their cold drinks. My Cold Brew spilled completely soaking the bag, it didnt have a cover on the sipping hole

chai is like WATER, ice is completely melted, tatse isn't great, not fresh, taste like it was made an hour ago. Sandwich was kinda soggy, bread isn't toasted. Donuts are mid. My extra sweet treat was also missing, would not order again.

Donuts were great as usual but coffees were forgotten and I dont know if thats on blackbird or on the delivery driver (who did not respond back to me when I messaged about it). Boo.
