Why is this the only location that makes their burritos half the size of any other location also didn't follow instructions

I ordered from door dash from blakes Lotaburger and ask crispy bacon and crispy hash browns and they made it just the way I asked other blakes dont cook the bacon all the way but they did yummy burrito 5 starts

#1 Bacon Burrito
Burrito was mush, barely any chili, hasbrowns tasted like mashed potatoes and the cheese was not melted which gave the burrito a weird flavor. I never throw food away but unfortunately my burrito was that bad.

Issue w orders, don't try calling....they don't and you get voicemail with no return call. Service sucks and they charge additional $1.00 for eggs
