I ordered the pizza well done and it arrived under under done doughy and gross. Not fresh AT ALL! The cookies were hard and not soft as I requested they be. The Mexican coke was absolutely not cold at all. I called before hand a self asked the Assistant manager to make certain it was done fresh and crispy well done !!! None of that happened. Bad deal.

The pizza was dry and old. They didn't get our order correct. Literally a pizza was missing. The dasher was great though and tried togelp , however Blaze would not correct the order they did incorrectly.

Pizzas were not made as we ordered. We got called about being out of stock on an ingredient, and what we asked for in replace was not given.
Also not equal proportion toppings added.

Usually a fan but my pizza was so undercooked this time that the crust was doughy. Had to put it in the oven at home.
