This dozen red rose arrangement was beautiful! My mother said they were the most beautiful flowers she's ever received! The dasher even sent a picture of it from their vehicle. I was very happy with the whole experience from ordering off door dash, to the quality of roses, to the delivery. Amazing!! Thanks so much! A+++

Ordered the Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Yellow. It is advertised is a mix of sunflowers & roses. What arrived was just a dozen yellow roses & filler. I specifically put instructions to contact me with substitutions. That did not happen.
