Unfortunately neither one of the items ordered were sent. The balloon that was described was not the one received and the plant I ordered was not the one that was sent. I placed this order from Florida and heavily relied on the item descriptions for my order and neither one of the items delivered were what I had ordered. No one contacted me regarding the changes in my order. I would have loved to have the option of choosing something else. I have ordered from Bloom Haus before but this order left me very dissappointed. Please note the descriptions below verses what I received.
