I am extremely disappointed with this order. I paid a premium price for what was advertised as a beautiful flower arrangement in a vase with roses, baby’s breath, and additional floral accents. What was actually delivered looked nothing like the arrangement pictured or described.
Instead of a completed arrangement, my mother received only 12 plain red roses with no baby’s breath, no filler flowers, and not even the vase that was supposed to be included. To make matters worse, the flowers were simply thrown into a brown paper bag. It looked cheap, careless, and honestly embarrassing for a Mother’s Day gift.
For the amount I paid, I expected professionalism and quality. I could have gone to Kroger and bought a better bouquet for $20. This felt misleading and absolutely not worth the money. I will not be ordering from this through DoorDash again.
