the Burnt Ends were delicious and cooked to perfection. our Potato All The Way with brisket and our Loaded Baked Potato were piping hot and filling. blue ember never disappoints!

My Pulled Pork Sandwich was amazing, very soft and flavorful. My partner's Chicken Sandwich was also very good, the chicken was so juicy. Many BBQ places have dry chicken, not here. The Brisket Twisters were extremely good as well. My only complaint is with the side of Mac & Cheese, the flavor wasn't there at all. Very bland, I almost thought I ordered buttered noodles by accident. Everything else was amazing and I will be ordering again. If they improve the Mac & Cheese I'd be willing to try it again.

Blue Ember Smokehouse has some great and tasty cuts of meat. I particularly like their moist smoked brisket and their smoked turkey. The three cheese sausages are also good. The flavors are mouth-watering and very satisfying. Dining at their establishment is especially if they have the smokers going. I would highly recommend them.

I have to say the 1/3lb Turkey Breast is moist and seasoned to perfection. The French Fries were crispy still after delivery and seasoned well. I'm a sucker for their 1/3lb Sausage and Potato Salad though. Those are my go-to when ordering and the apple BBQ sauce is delish!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I lived in KC for close to a decade and Kansas City is known for BBQ. Blue Ember beats them all. Best BBQ I've ever had. That being said, I've ordered them 2x now and both times they have shorted my order. Both were meat only. The 1st was 1 lb/16 oz of lean Brisket. I weighed it immediately when returning home and it was short a full 2 oz. That's 1/8th of an expensive order. 1/8 of $100 is $12.50 (12.5%). I paid for 16 oz not 14 oz. The second time/today I ordered 2/3 lb of the same Brisket and 1lb of Sausage. Both were short. 2/3 lb is 10.666667 oz. This was the Brisket and was short .3 oz (2.8%). 1 lb/16 oz of Sausage was short 1.5 oz. (9.4%). Add them both together and my order was 12.2% short. The order was roughly $44. 12.2% of $44 is $5.28. Now I know this isn't precise as the Brisket is more expensive than the Sausage but I want all that I pay for! If these orders weren't shorted, this restaurant would be 5 star plus.
