They are very uninformed about what is in their products. I asked a couple of questions because I'm allergic to certain things and of the three people there they couldn't answer a simple question about the ingredients in their drinks. I can usually find something I like, but the drink I wound up with was not what I wanted at all. I love boba teas, but not from here. I won't be returning, I felt like I wasted money.
