love this place bad!!! i've only been twice since finding and it's definitely everything i was hoping for!! i do only get coffee, not one for flavor/fruit drinks. but the plain boba, and the coffee jelly are my favorite!!! staff members i've met are always sweet & helpful!

F the price, I expected a higher quality boba. Also, I found the page confusing! Flavors are good but definitely sweet! I honestly dont recommend this place, especially if it's your first time having boba . Only giving it two stars because the MANGO SLUSH has a true mango flavor.

Ordered 3 drinks. Brown Sugar Milk and 2 Cream Brûlée milks. Nothing showed out of stock online. Received a random email saying the Cream Brûlée was out of stock with no option for replacement or anything. No one called or messaged me to see if I would like to substitute. I did get a refund but now 1 out of 3 people got a drink and paid higher tip which was meant for delivery of 3 drinks now only for 1. This was my first time trying this store am not impressed with the customer service.
