Great flavor and well packaged. Definitely a must have meal when you want chicken and fries. Always great portions and never cold

I had a sausage and egg add cheese biscuit and a 4 piece supreme meal which was upsized. For my biscuit I received just sausage on it. Nothing else. As for my supreme meal I did not reactive my biscuit my fries were not upsized I only received 3 supremes and they were not fresh. I don't normally have this bad of service and food.

I don't even know why I bother ordering from Bojangles anymore. The chicken is always old and dry, and the mashed potatoes taste like plastic.

chicken was mushy and excessively greasy!!! 20 piece comes with 4 sides and I only received 2 and a half...really check out the fry photo...and they left one side out completely!!! horrible experience!!
