Order was wrong forgot three items and gave a chick sandwich that I did not order. The country ham was like leather and the gravy was so bad no seasoning watery overall very disappointed

The food is amazing! Just need the novelty to wear off so that the wait times aren't so long. Maybe a few more bad reviews on wait time and the lines will be shorter for the rest of us diehard Bojangles fans? ;)

ordered for pickup, waited in the store for 15 minutes, went up to the counter to see what was going on, order never started, told they would get right on it. waited 30 more minutes for 12 12pc Bo's Chicken Tenders® Meal

Took 3 hours. Ice coffee had no ice, half the food was cold, and they didnt start my order for over an hour. All that for some overpriced chicken.
