Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Cajun Filet Biscuit® was not good and the the Smoked Sausage Biscuit tasted like it had been sitting in a steam holder, not fresh at all, best part of the meal was the Bo-Tato Rounds® they were hot and fresh when I got them.

The wings were either old or overcooked - the meat was so dry and tough it was leathery. The wings were also wayyyyyyy overseasoned. Ive had theor wings before, and they were pretty good, but both boxes on this order were prepared this way, so it wasnt just one wing or one order...

$30 before tip is insane for 1 meal and a drink. I got a 5 piece Chicken Supremes® Combo and the biscuit tasted and looked raw. I also paid extra for sauce that I sadly didn't get. if you're gonna charge for sauce in the first place, then you should make sure they get it... the drink and the chicken was fine, but I also got barely any fries 😩 im not someone who easily complains, but when I'm starving and I wait 25 min for a meal that costs x2 the price it should... Im gonna complain.

Ordered breakfast, 2 Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Combos. Received dry biscuits, dry chicken, and old fries instead Bo rounds. You could tell it had all been sitting in the warmer for too long. Extremely disappointed by the lack of effort. Ended up trashing most of it.

This is the slowest Bojangles I've ever been to. This order was done through DoorDash and the dasher had to wait more than 30 minsto pick up TWO biscuits and an order of Bo rounds. I tried to call the store and the phone was picked up and hung back up. Not acceptable.
