Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the 8 piece chicken was overcooked. the biscuits were raw in the middle and the SWEET TEA tasted Unsweet. I didn't get the cheese on my chicken biscuit. the food just wasn't good tonight. very disappointed after spending almost 65.00 on one meal.

their Bo* Fries are on another level,especially with the seasoning and the portions they give. they are fresh and I'm definitely going to keep ordering them

I ordered 12 pieces 3 legs (got 2), 3 wings (got 2 ugly crunchy no meat wings), 3 breast (got 1 dry crunchy breast) and 3 thighs (got 7 crunchy thighs) I'm very disappointed and would like refund.

Ordered in the morning expecting fresh food, but the fries were clearly old and stale. I also paid extra for sauces and they were missing from the order entirely. Very disappointing experience, especially when paying for add-ons that weren’t included. Definitely not worth it this time — would not recommend.

Awful! Normally the food at this store is good but today the chicken was over the top spicy , the order was sent incorrectly rice instead of mashed potatoes, no sauce was sent as requested and no straw) and there was no attention to detail. Very dissatisfied.
