Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I have at last been served a meal that is both fresh and delectable. Typically, I am presented with what appears to be stale biscuits from the day (or days) before, hastily covered in icing. The texture is so tough that it is a challenge to pierce with a fork or attempt to pick up and bite into. I guess i woke up early enough today to get fresh food. Just wish it was like this all tbe time.

The biscuits are all torn up. Some had cheese and some didn't. I ordered a medium fry and I got a small. The biscuits fall all apart. This location must've had a management change and now it sucks.

Chi Chicken Supremes® Combo were very small and burnt . Im very disappointed. 1st my order was wrong and it was corrected; as though the employees were upset that I brought the order back

Food is always trash. Nothing is ever fresh even at 8:00 am. Hard, stale, cold biscuits.
Bo berry biscuits dry and overcooked - always cold. Ridiculous.

The rice was soaked in oil. The combos, per listed on the website, were supposed to come with sweet tea… they sent unsweet tea. Biscuits fell apart as soon as we picked them up. Do better.
