Substitute whey protein for collagen, skim milk for vanilla almond milk, for something soothing for IBS and GERD related troubles. if you have a problem with the yogurt don't substitute for sorbet it is worse on these conditions, the yogurt is safe if you haven't been cheating too much on your diet ;) Unfortunately no yogurt or sorbet means you lose the thicker creamy texture/taste. Please get a lactose free or dairy free substitute!!!! This is one of the only smoothie places I can have with my more extreme IBS & GERD
