Usually the food is excellent here but today both orders were stringy, hard, overly salty, and had no fat to it ( Heritage Braised Pork Belly ). I'm hoping it's a one time thing because I'd be very sad as this is one of my favorite places to eat

The Spicy Popcorn Chicken was so dry and hard . Felt like it was left over popcorn chicken from the day before. So sad.
