Order was received with a huge hole in the middle of my Calzone which led me to question it. Finally decided to try it and it was horrible. The Garlic Knots were ok just a bit salty, but the Calzone was awful

There's was no meat in the L Train Calzone although that was mentioned. The tomatoes also aren't like chopped, they're sliced whole tomatoes, and there was no ricotta either. This was horrible

I ordered the Flatbush calzone and don't get me wrong, it was absolutely delicious! However, I was extremely disappointed when it was delivered in an Italia Express pizza box and then to find out that it actually came from Italia Express. I understand the ghost kitchen concept, but I'm not convinced that it was different ingredients.

It is literally just Italia express ...nothing different, I was pissed because I didnt want Italia Express so I tried something different and it wasnt. Kinda of disappointing
