ordered everything bagel with Smoked Salmon. Barely had a smear of cream cheese on just 1 side of bagel and tomato slice was top piece, green from stem and mushy. cost me $22 with doordash.. what a disappointment. even worse you cant get a human on the phone

The last few orders have been disappointing with the amount of protein (same with the turkey). Still tasty but not nearly worth the $14.00 when the salmon is also still half frozen.

They really skimp out on the cream cheese, even on just a bagel and cream cheese. The smallest amount of cream cheese ever. And we paid extra for the garden veggie cream cheese. Bagel sandwiches were good.

Bagels were very hard and muffins were burnt. we constantly order this box because it's great for our family but I'm not sure I would order again.

Great bagels - perfect amount of smear!
Only complaint is my flavored bagels always have other tastes on them....like my cinnamon bagel will have bits of everything bagel seasoning...throws off the taste.
