In the picture it looked so good, dont get me wrong, it tasted amazing. However, my issue is with the tapioca pearls. I would actually enjoy the drink if half of it wasn't tapioca pearls, it was just TOO many. So many that I choked on them a couple times. Im a huge texture person and the vast amount of the pearls overwhelmed me. I couldnt finish drinking it.

I received my drinks with no cover on the lid. The lid was completely open, all of the ice was melted, the Thai tea was half empty, and they didn't even provide straws. I spent $22 on two undrinkable beverages. This is absolut unacceptable.
