We were hesitant to order because of some negative reviews, but so glad we gave it a chance. The food was very good and tasty. The ribs were fall off the bone and so much great Smokey flavor. I ordered them Memphis dry and their bbq sauce on the side. Loved the golden sauce the most!
The brisket sandwich was soggy and messy from the slaw- but also very delicious so I didn't mind- it's bbq after all.
The shrimp skewer didn't have the veggies as pictured when ordering but they were not overcooked and tasted great.
The hot dog and sausage were also very good- loved the peppers on the hot dog.
The Mac and cheese and the potatoes were a little bland but salt and pepper fixes that just fine. Overall, I was very happy with our Choices and I will order again.

I split a Combo with my mom. Plenty of meat! Enough for two meals for each of us. The sides were just enough to split once, which is fine. $45, not bad.
Brisket - Fatty (yum), tender, juicy once I warmed it up. Could have been a little more seasoned, but great w/sauce.
Ribs - Portion goes wild! These were the thickest pork ribs I've ever seen! One was a bit fatty, but otherwise fall off the bone tender. I separated them with a fork! Very nicely seasoned too.
Andouille - Beautiful. I only took one bite (saving it for breakfast), but that one was divine...
Street Corn - tasty, but far spicier than I expected. It was fine because I mixed it with the...
Garlic Fried Potato - underseasoned, but quite garlicky. Blended perfectly with the corn.
Mac and cheese - Exactly that. Not creamy, saucy, or seasoned. Just macaroni with cheese. Ehh.
I'm just visiting, so I won't likely be back, but Mom liked it, so she might.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bubb's BBQ, which operates out of the Daisy Diner Ghost Kitchen.
I ordered a cornbread muffin, mashed potatoes, and baked beans. For my proteins, I chose the combo with ribs, beef brisket, and Andouille ( 1 Piece ). Everything was seasoned so flavorfully! By the time it got to me, it was still warm, and I bit into tender meat with a pleasant slightly crisped edge.
Ribs - The star!! The portion size they give you is more than worth it. This was my favorite of the proteins. Seasoned just enough to act as a perfect vehicle for BBQ sauce, but could also hold its own!
Brisket - the portion was smaller than I anticipated at four slices, but the strip of fat at the edge balanced the tender, smoked beef perfectly.
Andouille sausage - BBQ'd and smoked to bring out the flavor of the meat and the texture of the casing. With the baked beans, the sausage was the perfect salty counterpart.
Mashed potatoes - Buttery and creamy with a hint of garlic.
Baked Beans - 100% recommend these. Not too sweet. Made with chunks of smoked pork.
Corn Bread Muffin (Gluten Free) - this was the only item I wasn't enamored with but that's simply due to personal preference. I expected a nice, gritty texture with a bit of crunch at the edges. This style of corn bread was very soft.
Overall, I'd definitely order from Bubb's again!

No seasoning very bland not going to order again it was cold when I got it . DOESNT seem fresh. Especially on the Combo. The beans is cool but has a weird after taste. The side portion was fine except for the hit dog it was very small for $9.

The brisket has meat to fat ratio that's not worth the money. Also, you can taste the margarine in the corn and the dry ribs taste like neck bones. The mac & cheese taste like box with no flavor . Oh did I mention they did not put any barbecue sauce on the ribs totally dry.. I'm highly disappointed, especially for the price.
