The product is fantastic but it seems that the employees may be overwhelmed. It took a long while for them to put 3 pieces of prepackaged cake in a bag, then they forgot the milk.

Wish I read the reviews first. It was horrible. Tasted like bad cornbread with sweet frosting added. Jiffy mix tastes better than this and I haven't had that since I was a child. I had the three different flavors and tried to salvage the cost by trying a bite of each. by the third one it was barely edible.

Worst cake I've ever tried to eat. Dry and crumbled like sand, icing was sickly sweet and also "crumbly". Ate two bites and had to throw away.
