Ordered 20 Boneless Wings and they were perfect. crispy, not too breaded, and warm. Fries even, were warm and delicious!

the seasoning & sauce were absolutely amazing, but the quality of the chicken was horrendous!the chicken was cold; very little meat on the bones, andskin was dry & crusty. not good chicken at all, but the sauce & seasoning is gotmade it better. I expected better from BWW, especially given what I paid for the chicken.

Didn't come with side of Chipotle BBQ dry rub I ordered. Paid almost 5 dollars for what was about 25 individual fries. Taste was good. Value and attention to detail was not.

Wings were almost undercooked and I could barely taste any seasoning. Tater tots were cold and old. Again couldn't taste any seasoning.
Last week everything was great, so it's hard to understand the inconsistency.
