I normally love ordering from this store. It's always right on point no matter if I'm getting delivery or picking up. Today however, they kind a dropped the ball. Don't get me wrong, my food tasted great. It was just missing a few items. It's all good though, I spoke with the manager who was super nice and she fixed it.

Both burgers were not only 100% wrong but they were charcoal patties. So burnt they were crunchy. Wings were burnt also. Cold fries and 5.5 onion rings!! For $12 I would expect more then 2 full onion rings and a bunch of pieces. Will NOT be ordering again. The Howell location is MUCH better.

The burgers are huge and taste great. Price is fair. Also love the potato wedges and onion rings. It's real good and consistent. Fairly priced.

The food was sloppy and underwhelmingly prepared. It looked like a mess in a box by the time it got to me. The chips were stale and they forgot the salsa. The bottled Coke was substituted for a fountain drink, if I wanted a fountain drink I would have ordered that instead. Very difficult to justify the cost of the meal in the future. I'd rather just go to the local diner than pay over $50 for what I received. I don't think I'll order from BDubs again anytime soon.

Absolute joke. This is their 15 boneless wings. Quarter shown for size comparison. Worth about just that.
