the food was good, but the packaging was careless. no marinara for the cheese Mozzarella Sticks and the cheese sauce for the Everything Pretzel Knots was jammed into the same box as the pretzels, lids popped off and cheese everywhere. the Southern Chicken Sandwich is awesome

The fries weren't fresh, mych fewer than usual included on the side order. The drink was not only flat with almost no ice (melted?), but also no protective sticker on it and for the first time I'm not sure it wasn't tampered with. Usually have much better orders than this. Not sure what happened here.

Tacos were bomb. Chicken was rubbery. Sauce was weak and they packed the bags with the salad underneath all the hot food. Everytime I order food from here I remember why it's been so long since the last one.

Bacon Patty Melt and All-American Cheeseburger was cooked perfectly. Very flavorful. I would give them both a 8 -10.

Wings were like jerky and did not have any of the ordered seasoning. Prices keep going up, quality keeps going down
