Both Slutty Melt Combo didn't come with the fries. They forgot my drinks and by the time everything was corrected my food was cold. I called and complained about their service. The employee began to tell me that there was no manager to speak to and I should call another day to speak to someone. She blamed it on a new employee. For how much the ticket was the food quality was not worth it. The customer service was horrendous and probably would not recommend.

Very good burgers. Fries pretty good too. However, ordered and paid for an extra fries and extra drink. Didn't get either.
