The Kid’s All-Natural Chicken Tenders are clearly actual chicken, which is welcome compared to nuggets you may see elsewhere. The hot dogs are beef. 
Fries arrived crispy even after a drive. It's a sizeable portion for a kid and reasonably priced. 
And the Rainbow Cone Pint... rainbow cone is my favorite, so perhaps a little bias here, but it is delicious. Seems to be packed pretty fresh.

I ordered an Italian beef for my elderly father. I live in FL and order Door Dash for him often in IL. He said the quality of the sandwich today was bad. One half of the bread was so hard he couldn't eat it. I order for him from Buona several times a week so this is very disappointing. Might need to switch to Portillo's to get better food.

Usually this place hits but not this last time. I had a bacon cheeseburger which I normally get. It was undercooked and half frozen. I think it finished thawing on the bun because it was soaked in what tasted like wet beef and lighter fluid. Probably just a bad day or new trainee on the grill but still was very disappointed.
