I felt like that jerk, ordering at after 1am on a Sunday. but this was the only place I could trust. and boyyy, was I right!! the order came fast, hot and delicious. the burger was much larger than expected and perfectly to order. the *only* flaw: I ordered the loaded fries expecting bacon and sour cream. I got hot chicken fingers and blue cheese. idk how they made a mistake or I ordered wrong, or they gave the wrong order, or what. but whatever happened, I can't complain. this incorrect order of fries was still hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!!! waaaAaaaay more than I expected for the price!!!

One of the best halal spots in Buffalo! The food was delicious and the service was honestly so kind. I accidentally ordered mozzarella sticks instead of sweet potato fries and called to ask about it. They were already prepared, but when my order arrived they surprised me by including both!! This was such a thoughtful gesture and it genuinely made my day.
You can tell they really care about their customers. The burgers were amazing, temp on point, the food was fresh, and the experience was great overall. Definitely recommend Burger Authority!

• 26-04-06I'm a college student who discovered this place open late while out with friends. They take a while to prep but be patience its worth the wait. This is my comfort food. Burger is always big and bun stays together. Food options are good. Desserts and drinks are also good. Delivered hot and I even got a cold drink once and it was still cold with the hot burger.
